Transparent Soap (Recipe 2)

This recipe is adapted from the book of "Making Transparent Soap the art of crafting, molding, scenting & coloring" by Catherine Failor. 

The original result of this recipe was not transparent. May be the evaporation
of alcohol. Melted twice and added alcohol and glycerin. So the final recipe
is unknown, should do it again.

1. Mix oil and lye solution and whisk to trace.
2. Hot process procedure.
3. Add alcohol (40% of total oil) and glycerin (20% of total oil), double boiler, dissolve completely.
4. Add sugar (25% of total oil) solution (75% of sugar)
5. Cool for 20 mins then to add fragrance if needed
6. Pour into mold
