This batch is over cooked for over 1 hr, at high. The texture is too hard and easily break.

3. slow cooker set at low, cook for around 50 mins, check every 10 mins

白芒花潔膚皂 Meadowfoam Soap

1. 1% sodium lactate in lye.
2. 80g soap batter with 8g activated charcoal liquid mix. 
3. Lavender essential oil around 7g

There's 5% Tamanu oil in the recipe. I used Aroma-Zone organic Tamanu oil. Though I added activated charcoal, the soap still ended up green.

I want to try another batch of hot process soap with herbs cooked in the batter. Cooking herbs is quite common here. There's a kind of disposable bag for holding the herbs, and easy to take it away after cooking.

純感酪梨皂 Gentle Soap with Avocado Oil

This soap is inspired by {溫和原皂 Extra Gentle Unscented Soap }, which is from https://thenerdyfarmwife.com/mild-unscented-soap-recipes/.

I like unrefined avocado oil. It has natural light green color, and also good to skin.

熱製之當歸何首烏洗髮皂 Hot Process Herbal Shampoo Bars

I am always wondering how much do the good ingredients left after the soaps are cured. Do infused oils really work? I am not sure. But, I'll choose to believe the benefits stay in the soaps. So, an idea came to me. This hot process shampoo bars not only used infused oils but also cooked with the herbs in the pot. Hot process is really a good way to make some herbal soaps like these. After trying this new shampoo bar myself, I think it's really nice. I didn't like using shampoo bars for my semi-long hair. The feeling was just not right. But this one is quite okay, though I still need to use rinse after.

溫和原皂變奏款 VII {Twist of Gentle Soap}

This is the 7th twist of 【溫和原皂 Extra Gentle Unscented Soap】. Based on this recipe and made some modifications, I tried to add pink clay in the batter and practice swirl. According to Soapqueen.com, I  also tried the tips she mentioned to prevent soda ash. I think one important tip is about the temperature. Moreover, 0.5% beeswax was added at light trace. There are some other tips in the article, I just followed them and the outcome is good.
