Garden Mint Soap 田園薄荷皂

This soap is inspired by https://thenerdyfarmwife.com/garden-mint-soap-recipe/.

I happened to have some fresh mint leaves from my small garden.

1. 10g sodium lactate
2. Fresh mint leaves + some distilled water, use Vitamix to make mint juice. Filtered the juice with a cloth. Freeze the filtered mint juice for further use.
3. Unrefined avocado oil
4. Pepper mint essential oil
5. Cook for 1 hour, check and stir every 15 mins.

1. Sodium lactate 3% of total oil weight (I misused to 5% today)
2. Geranium rose essential oil: 10g
3. Honey 1t+fine ground oatmeal 1t+water 1t

Stamping The Soaps

Light Body Lotion 清爽身體乳

1. Calendula and chrysanthemum infused sunflower oil: 19g
2. Emulsifying wax: 9g
3. Shea butter: 7g
4. Chamomile hydrosol: 40g
5. Distill water: 35g
6. Liquid silk: 1g
7. Rose essential oil: 5 drops
8. Preservative: 0.5g

Canadian Glacial Soap 加拿大冰河泥皂

1. Red palm oil
2. Canadian glacial clay 15g (that's what I have left)
3. 4g sodium lactate
4. Gold powder 1g + 100g soap batter

Mild Soap

1. Rosehip powder 1g+100g soap batter
2. 3.5g sodium lactate
3. Lavender, geranium rose essential oils

Blue and Yellow Soap

1. Blue and yellow clay oils
2. 3.5g sodium lactate

1. 中筋麵粉 All Purpose Flour：120g

Shampoo Bar 洗髮皂

1. 2g sodium lactate
2. Tea tree, pepper mint essential oils
3. Activated charcoal, pearl clay oils

紫草根皂 Gromwell Root Soap

1. Gromwell infused olive oil
2. 4g sodium lactate, added 0.5g more, made the soap very easy to unmold.
3. Red clay, pearl clay, purple clay oils
4. Gold powder for pencil line
5. Geranium rose, lavender essential oils 11g

抹茶菠蘿

1. 高筋麵粉：200g
2. 速發乾酵母：2g
3. 鮮奶：45g
4. 冰水：60g
5. 煉奶：28g
6. 鹽：2g
7. 奶油：11g
8. 砂糖：未加（或加一小撮）
9. 抹茶粉10g+水15~20g，成抹茶醬。

菠蘿皮：

1. 糖：40g
2. 奶油：40g
3. 全蛋液：30g
4. 高粉：75g
5. 高粉（手粉用）：適量

• 麵糰分割成六分，菠蘿皮每份約 30g
