麥穗麵包 Wheat Spikes Bread

【今日材料／Today's Recipe】

1. 麵粉／All purpose flour：200g
2. 速發乾酵母／Yeast：2g
3. 鹽／Salt：1t
4. 無鹽綜合香料／Unsalted mixed herbs：1/2T
5. 冰水／Ice water：120g
6. 橄欖油／Olive oil：1T
7. 綠橄欖／Green olives：10 顆、切片／Sliced
8. 培根／Bacon：3 條
9. Bagel Sesame：A few for decoration

【作法】

1. 第一次發酵至兩倍大，約 100 分鐘。
2. 取出麵糰，分成三等份，滾圓，鬆弛 10 分鐘。
3. 取一份麵糰，桿成長橢圓，包入一條培根條，捲成長棍麵包狀，放在烤盤上（我使用長棍麵包專用凹槽型烤盤）做第二次發酵，約 40 分鐘。
4. 烤箱預熱（如下說明）。
5. 以剪刀把長棍麵包麵糰斜口剪至2/3處，左右交錯撥開。

【烤程】

1. Miele 6260、加濕功能、Auto、預熱至 220 度Ｃ。
2. 使用烤肉架，放層二，再把凹槽型烤盤放在烤肉架上。加濕過程約 5 分鐘。
3. 續烤 10~15 分鐘至上色。

培根橄欖麵包條 Bacon And Olive Bread Sticks

【今日材料／Today's Recipe】

1. 麵粉／All purpose flour：200g
2. 速發乾酵母／Yeast：2g
3. 松露鹽／Truffle salt：1t
4. 無鹽綜合香料／Unsalted mixed herbs：1/2T
5. 冰水／Ice water：130g
6. 橄欖油／Olive oil：1T
7. 綠橄欖／Green olives：10 顆、切片／Sliced
8. 培根／Bacon：3 條、切丁／Chopped

1. 第一次發酵至兩倍大，約 100 分鐘。
2. 取出麵糰，擀成長方形狀，以 pizza 滾刀切成長條狀，放至烤盤，做第二次發酵，約 30 分鐘。

1. Miele 6260、加濕功能、Auto、預熱至 210 度Ｃ。
2. 烤盤放層二，加濕過程約 5 分鐘。
3. 之後降至 200 度Ｃ，續烤 15 分鐘至上色。

Rose And Lemon Verbena Tea Soap 玫瑰檸檬馬鞭草茶皂

薏仁美白皂 Job's Tears Soap

I was planning to cook Job's tears chicken soup early in the morning. Just an idea came to me to save some of Job's tears extract for making soaps. 

1. Job's tears soaked in water for 2 hours. Then used vitamix to blend it. Strained and freezes the liquid as ice cubes for replacing water. 
2. Rose geranium essential oil.
3. The lye water was quite sticky, added a few distill water for better stir.
4. Used hand blender to mix the batter. Not really fast trace. When reached light trace, added essential oil. Then whisked the batter. It came to trace quickly at this stage.

滋潤潔膚皂 Moisturizing Cleasning Soap

Try to incorporate different kinds of oils in this soap.

1. Chamomile infused olive oil
2. Sodium lactate: 1%
3. Lavender and rose geranium essential oils
4. Yellow and red mica

Body Soap

抹茶小麵包

1. 麵粉Flour：190g
2. 小山園抹茶粉 Matcha powder：10g
3. 速發乾酵母Yeast：2g
4. 冰水Ice water：134g
5. 奶粉Milk powder：1T
6. 鹽：3g
7. 奶油：16g
8. 砂糖：16g

Miele 6260
層二，210 度Ｃ，18 分鐘（12 分鐘後可先蓋上鋁箔紙防止表面上色太快）

Lavender Soap

Accidentally pour too much essential oil caused fast trace!

1. Lavender infused sweet almond oil
2. Sodium lactate 1% added into lye water
3. Purple mica oil 10% added into soap batter
4. Lavender + rose geranium essential oil (poured too much that caused fast trace)
5. Gold mica powder for decoration

Poppy Seed And Lemon Soap (HP)

This soap was designed to be made by cold process, but it traced so quickly
that the shape was not what I wanted. So, I changed to hot process.

1. Sodium lactate 1%
2. Poppy seed 1t
3. Rose geranium + lemon essential oil

Arnica Cream

Arnica infused oil, check: {Pain Relief Lotion Bar}

I like cream rather than lotion bars. That's why I use arnica infused oil to make this pain relief cream.

1. Arnica flowers + cayenne + ginger infused sunflower oil: 21g
2. Beeswax: 1g
3. Emulsifying wax: 7g
4. Lavender hydrosol 63g + aloe liquid 7g(what I have left)
5. Preservative 0.5g (according to brand instruction)
